Warning: This diet pill is on my Diet Pills to Avoid List because it makes outrageous and impossible claims for rapid weight loss in only 7 days and there is no scientific or clinical backing to support this claim. It is also produced by an untraceable source that does not list a company address or contact number on the 7 Day Detox website. This makes me think that the 7 Day Detox comes from an illegitimate source.

Overview

The 7 Day Detox is a body detoxifying supplements that claims to provide rapid fat loss in just 7 days. In reality, this product makes audacious claims with no scientific or clinical evidence to support the claims. On the official website, the manufacturers claim that one customer lost 24 pounds in only 7 days. I find statements like these unrealistic and misleading because if you ask any health expert, they will tell you that real fat loss takes time. Even if the customer did lose 24 pounds in 7 days, it would have been caused by a loss of water rather than a reduction in body fat.

Scientific evidence shows that pills, such as the 7 Day Detox, only work by making you go to the toilet more, as they contain diuretics. As a result, you appear to lose pounds on the scales but this is only through water loss. The 7 Day Detox DOES NOT contain appetite suppressants, fat burners or fat binders which further reinforces the fact that any pounds lost will be due to water loss RATHER than fat loss. As soon as a normal eating plan is resumed, your body will regain all the weight it has lost, purely through re-hydration.

My Opinion

The 7 Day Detox is a cheap diet pill which makes unrealistic and misleading claims. No clinical trials have been carried out on this supplement and there are certainly no health experts who would endorse the claims that you can lose vast amounts of weight in just one week. Another problem that I have with the 7 Day Detox is that nowhere on the official website is there a company contact number or address. In my mind, alarms bells start to ring as it makes me wonder who is actually concocting this product.
