Overview

Adios is probably one of the most well-known slimming brands in the UK that regularly features on TV and is available to buy in all major stores such as Boots, Asda, Tesco and Superdrug. These all natural ingredients work to speed up your metabolism when used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet.

My Opinion

The main problem that I have with Adios is that there is very little information about how its ingredients work to help you lose weight. Even on the official Adios website, there is only a small paragraph explaining how Adios helps you to lose weight. I know many people still like to use Adios as it is sold in reputable stores and it is seen as legitimate as it even advertises on TV. I have no doubt that the ingredients are all perfectly safe and do not have any side-effects. However, there is no evidence to suggest that Adios is effective at helping you to lose weight.

At around £6 a pack, Adios is aimed at the budget end of the slimming market and is possibly one of the cheapest over the counter diet pills available. If you still want to try Adios then you can buy it at a discounted price from Boots online which sells it at a lower price than in-store.
